A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
The UK Distance Selling Directive gives you the right to cancel a contract of purchase for any item within 7 working days of receipt. To cancel an item, simply email us and ask for a refund, supplying all information that is required to process repayment.
You will receive a full refund provided the goods are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt and by Royal Mail Special Delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods at their expense.
LIABILITY
The use of this website is at your own risk. Almost Perfect is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the Internet or our website or any related information technology. Almost Perfect does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free from computer viruses or other malicious programs or any other technical difficulties which may cause direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other damage to you or any other party.

Almost Perfect shall be the sole judge of "significant" in this respect.
